Returns & Exchanges

We want you to feel comfortable and confident in your Knix essentials, which is why we offer a 30-day return and exchange window on most items. Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain products must be in their original packaging with all tags attached to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Start Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to return.

  Choose Your Option

  Select whether you would like to exchange your item for a different size or color, receive store credit, or get a refund to your original payment method.

• 3.
  Print and Pack

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal, then securely pack your items in their original packaging if possible.

• 4.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at the designated carrier location; once we receive and inspect your items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-10 business days.
